You’ll have a seat at the leadership table, real influence over scale and systems, and the opportunity to work with a tight-knit, ambitious team.ABOUT THE ROLESales Operations LeadershipDesign and manage the firm’s end-to end sales operations: pipeline tracking, forecasting, territory planning, and reportingDeliver data-driven insights to optimise performance, reduce sales cycle time, and support ambitious growth targetsOperational OversightTake ownership of all back office operations, including onboarding, trade execution, settlements, client reporting, and reconciliationsEnsure operational compliance and manage vendor performance, system integrations, and day-to-day service levelsTeam & Stakeholder ManagementLead and support a high-performing mid-office and operations team through coaching, training, and performance frameworksCollaborate closely with Sales, Advisors, Compliance, Finance, and IT to align workflows and deliver key initiativesProcess & Technology OptimisationOwn and optimise the tech stack, including CRM, trade systems, reporting tools, and moreIdentify opportunities to automate, standardise, and improve operations across the firmABOUT THE PERSON:7+ years’ experience in operations leadership, ideally within financial services, wealth or asset management, but not essentialDeep familiarity with private-client or advisory models and regulated investment environmentsStrong technical skills across CRM (e.g. Salesforce), back-office systems, and reporting platformsAn analytical mindset, confident working with data to inform decisions and track performanceProven leadership qualities, with the ability to build trust, drive performance, and communicate with clarity
