Enterprise QA Strategist Role
We are seeking an accomplished test and quality assurance expert to drive change and continuous improvement in our enterprise systems.
This strategic role will play a critical part in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our platforms with a strong focus on supporting system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and business process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA leadership, test automation with enterprise systems, and the ability to work collaboratively across business units, engineering teams, and external vendors.
* Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and test cases for enterprise application projects.
* Drive test automation strategy and implement tools and frameworks where appropriate.
* Establish and operate a high-performing combined Test and software QA function that ensures all applications meet predefined QA standards.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and third-party vendors to understand requirements and ensure high-quality delivery.
Stay current with industry QA trends, tools, and practices, and contribute to risk assessments and provide quality metrics/reporting to stakeholders.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
* Proven experience (5+ years) in QA/Test leadership roles, ideally in complex enterprise environments.
* Hands-on experience with ERP implementation projects and performance/load testing tools.
