On behalf of a leading Energy/ Infrastructure firm in Dublin, we are looking to hire a Finance Business Partner.
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to work in a dynamic, commercial and customer focused business.
The role will have responsibility for challenging business performance, commercial decision-making and maintaining a robust governance and control framework.
Responsibilities
Provide commercial and financial partnering to support delivery of strategic objectives, identifying growth opportunities across Ireland and Northern Ireland with a balanced approach to risk and return.
Support day-to-day financial performance, driving sustainable growth, profitability, and delivery against key strategic KPIs, including decarbonisation targets.
Partner with senior business stakeholders to support high-quality service delivery and the development of innovative low‑carbon solutions.
Contribute to integrated business planning, aligning financial assumptions with strategy in collaboration with FP&A and business teams.
Deliver insightful financial analysis to enable data‑driven decision‑making and manage effective end‑to‑end financial business partnering.
Requirements
A Qualified Accountant with c.
2 years' PQE.
The ability to understand and communicate the key drivers of financial performance.
A commercial mind set with effective analytical and interpersonal skills, with ability to deal with senior management.
Stakeholder management skills with an ability to leverage relationships to influence solutions.
