Responsibilities

As an Instrument Engineering Graduate at PM Group, your day to day role would involve, but would not be limited to the following activities:

* Work as part of a multi-disciplined team on projects in the following sectors - BioPharma, Med Tech, Advanced Manufacturing, Food and Energy
* Coordination with other PM Group global offices to understand the scope of work, deliverables, time lines, resource hours etc.
* Instrumentation design through Smart Plant Instrumentation
* Work with Senior Engineers and assist in producing instrumentation deliverables in accordance with project requirements, codes, specifications and procedures. Duties would include:
o Working with Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI)
o Production of Instrumentation specifications and Data Sheets
o Material requisitions for Instrument procurement
o Production of Instrument Indices/ I/O Lists
o Production of Instrument cable schedules
o Vendor documentation reviews and approvals
o Support during construction
o Assist with commissioning activities
o Attendance at Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs)
o Coordination of design with other disciplines
o Participate in PM Group’s Next Graduate Program


Qualifications

* A degree in Applied Physics, Instrumentation Engineering, Mechatronics and Electronics level 8
* Ability to work in a vibrant multi discipline design environment
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong work ethic
* Flexibility to work both in design office and on construction teams
