Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced financial professional to manage our accounts payable process. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Process and manage accounts payable ensuring timely payment of invoices.
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
* Assist with month-end and year-end reporting.
* Liaise with suppliers to resolve payment issues.
* Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
* Support during audits and assist with ad-hoc tasks.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
* Previous experience in accounts payable ideally in a practice or retail setting.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in Excel.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Accounting qualification (e.g., AAT, part-qualified ACCA/ACA) is desirable.
