About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team in a full-time, permanent capacity.
This office-based role presents a unique opportunity to shape the HR function within the business and contribute to its continued success.
As HR Officer, you will provide critical support to managers by offering expert advice and guidance on company policies and procedures, ensuring effective employee relations.
You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from attraction to selection, to secure top talent for various positions, including apprenticeships.
In addition, you will ensure that contracts and right-to-work checks are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
A close collaboration with the Payroll department is also expected to guarantee accurate and timely processing of hours, as well as completion of general HR administration tasks.
Requirements
* Demonstrated experience in a HR Administrator/HR Officer position;
* Proven ability to provide professional HR advice and guidance on employee relations matters;
* Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices;
* Proactive approach to managing HR processes;
* CIPD qualification (desirable).
