Annyalla Chicks Ltd is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Office Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations and support various functions across the business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit office and contribute to the smooth running of daily operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and continuity
· Oversee the current administrative team.
· Work with management to track the egg bank and weekly collection of over one million eggs.
· Verify correct chick placements and manage the logistics surrounding these chick placements.
· Organise and manage documentation for both exports and imports.
· Liaise with vets to ensure compliance.
· Deal with specific queries as requested by customers.
· Maintain and organise electronic and paper-based files
· Keep up to date with general administration duties as required.
Candidate Requirements:
· Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar role
· High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
· Self-sufficient and reliable, yet collaborative with the ability to work effectively in a small team
· Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €40,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
