This is an exciting opportunity to specialise in construction and engineering law, working with a top-tier commercial firm that advises on complex mandates across the region.

The team supports high-calibre clients and projects, including infrastructure, energy, and commercial developments. They have a reputation for excellence in contentious and non-contentious work, making them a go-to practice for construction matters.


Breadth of Work

You will gain exposure to a wide range of construction and engineering matters, from contract drafting and procurement strategy to risk management and dispute resolution.

* Contract drafting: You will be involved in creating contracts that meet the needs of various stakeholders, including developers, main contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, funders, and insurers.
* Procurement strategy: You will work closely with clients to develop procurement strategies that ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
* Risk management: You will help clients identify and mitigate risks associated with construction projects, ensuring that they are adequately protected.
* Dispute resolution: You will work with clients to resolve disputes arising from construction projects, using your knowledge of the law to negotiate settlements or represent clients in court.

In addition to these areas, you will also gain experience in advising on planning, real estate, and health & safety issues related to construction projects.
