We’re AmTrust International Underwriters, an insurance business based out of our modern offices in the Temple Bar area of Dublin. As part of a global group, we work creatively to develop bespoke insurance solutions for leading financial institutions, retailers and manufacturers both internationally and globally.

We are now recruiting a newly qualified Accountant to join our team on permanent basis, this is a key role supporting the Financial Controller in delivering accurate and timely financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with monthly and quarterly management accounts and financial reporting
* Performing reconciliations across general ledger, control accounts, and sub‑ledger feeds
* Preparing audit documentation and ensuring SOX compliance while liaising with internal and external auditors
This role would suit a newly qualified person with existing accounting experience within any sector with a focus on reconciliation, general accounting and MI extraction for regulatory reporting. Knowledge of the insurance or financial services sector would be beneficial but not necessary.
