Microsoft 365 Technical Support Specialist
Job Overview:
We're seeking a skilled technical support specialist to provide overnight assistance for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and troubleshooting complex issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support, troubleshooting, and IT system maintenance for Microsoft 365 platforms
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
Resolve incidents within agreed service level agreements (SLA)
Maintain accurate records of all issues and solutions implemented
Requirements:
* Experience in IT Solutions Provider or MSP environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* AZ-104 or MS-102 certification (or willingness to obtain)
* 2+ years technical support experience
