The Role
As an Administrator, you will support the purchasing team with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
2. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements
3. Manage the new accounts process, ensuring approvals and due diligence checks are in place
4. Liaise with Finance and project teams regarding vendor set-ups and approvals
5. Maintain and update new accounts trackers, databases, and procurement records
6. Issue and process Pre-Qualification Questionnaire forms for new vendors
7. Monitor supplier insurance compliance, request updated certificates, and ensure records are accurate
