Senior Social Care Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Care Manager to lead our team of dedicated professionals.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of social care workers to deliver high-quality care to young people aged 12-19.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes.
* Evaluate and improve compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in social care.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years experience in Social Care Management role in mainstream Children's residential care.
* QQI Level 8 qualification in Social Science / Social Studies / Social Care.
* Registration or registration submitted with CORU.
