Join a leading biopharmaceutical manufacturer on a landmark €1 billion+ greenfield project, scheduled for completion in early 2030. This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering one of the most advanced manufacturing facilities ever built globally.
Following construction, there will be an opportunity to remain onsite and support a major digital transformation initiative.

This is a client-side position responsible for:
* Managing all automation leads within the project team.
* Coordinating with vendors, system integrators, and OEM suppliers to ensure seamless delivery.
Requirements:
* Proven experience leading medium to large engineering teams within automation, CSV, CQV, and construction.
* Strong background in vendor and stakeholder management.
* Fluent in English (written and verbal).
* Holder of a valid European passport.
* Prior experience in biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical manufacturing is essential.
