What is the Ryanair Future Cabin Crew Programme?
As we prepare for another record-breaking summer season, with limited roles available, we are opening opportunities for aspiring candidates to express interest in joining our Cabin Crew “hold pool” for future training courses later this year.
What does this mean?
We will process your application, invite you to an online interview, and if successful, add you to a ‘hold pool’. You will be prioritized for placement on future training courses. We will stay in contact to update you on upcoming courses and confirm your interest in preferred or other locations.
Please note: to progress, you must complete the initial stages, including an online English test and a Situational Judgement Questionnaire. Successful candidates will be invited to an online interview and, if selected, placed in our hold pool for future opportunities.
Requirements
* Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or travel freely within the Ryanair network.
* Height should be approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
* You must be able to swim 25 meters unaided and support another person.
* Hardworking, flexible, with an outgoing and friendly personality.
* Adaptable and willing to work a shift roster.
* Enjoy dealing with the public and providing excellent customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude.
* Proficient in speaking and writing English, with the ability to pass an English assessment.
* A passion for travelling and meeting new people.
