Actuation Experience.
* Fail Safe Positions
* Pneumatic Actuators
* Electric Actuators
Control / Instrumentation Experience.
* Switchboxes
* Positioners
* I-P Transducers
* Wiring Philosophy
* Calibration.
* Pressure, Level, Flow, Temperature, PID Concepts.
* Analogue/Digital Control. ( 4…20mA / Inputs / Outputs )
Valve Knowledge
* Valve Types and where to use. Globe, Ball, Plug, Gate, Check.
* Knowledge of different standards ( ANSI / DIN / ASME BPE etc )
Desired Skills
* Microsoft Outlook Experience.
* CMMS Experience.
* ATEX Experience. Intrinsic Safety, Explosion Proof.
* Audit Experience. Calibration Certificates, Material Certificates.
