The Business Growth Specialist plays a pivotal role in expanding our organization's presence through strategic customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* To identify and pursue high-value sales opportunities for our comprehensive product range
* To provide accurate quotations that meet customer requirements
* To negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with customers
* To maintain up-to-date customer records, utilizing them as effective sales tools
* To exchange information to maximize sales potential, resolve issues, and make informed decisions
* To verify customer creditworthiness and ensure it aligns with agreed terms
* To perform other reasonable duties essential for business success
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in an external face-to-face sales-based role
* Strong current knowledge of building materials and the construction market
* Ability to work effectively in both field and office-based sales environments
* Valid driving license
* Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Proficiency in IT applications (CRM, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written, phone, face-to-face)
