We are searching for the best talent for an EMEA Plan Analyst role to be in Limerick, Ireland.
As part of the Demand Planning Team, The EMEA Plan Analyst is responsible for supporting the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process and supply feedback loop maturity improvements for EMEA Vision business. In this role they will collaborate across key functions to support the monthly IBP process, facilitating aligned decision making through evaluating and revising projections for demand, supply, inventory, portfolio strategies, and the resulting financial impacts.
As an EMEA Plan Analyst, you will:
* Ownership of EMEA product allocation prioritization strategy aiming to optimize service level outcomes
* Executes inventory management policies, standards, guidelines, technology and procedures for regional allocation
* Influence decision making and execution via clear understanding of inventory status, incoming supply, and how these will impact demand forecast across CEEMA, WESTERN and other Regions
* Support Management Business reviews by providing necessary analytics to generate insights that will support transparent discussions of risk and opportunities
* Measure, track, and report back-order status updates and corrective actions to minimize supply risk
* Enable Plan to deliver or improve inventory targets by influencing forecast measures and finding ways to minimize SLOB
* Consignment reporting and analytics in support of inventory optimization
* Advance IBP Planning Capabilities across Vision, leading areas that will enable growth, Customer Experience, and drive E2E Supply Chain efficiencies
* Apply business and financial knowledge to drive decisions and key outcomes, demonstrating strong decision-making ability in a multiple scenario environment
* Communicate information and insights clearly, making the complex clear and compelling to all levels of the organization in both written & oral forms
* Strong collaboration and influencing skills in a matrix supply chain organization
Qualifications/Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related discipline
* Supply Chain Certification (APICS, IBF etc.) desirable
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a planning role or related
* Effective communication and social skills required to translate data analytics into business insights delivering memorable executive presentations - motivating change
* Sophisticated proficiency of various Data & Analytics tools, with demonstrated business results in optimizing business processes required
* Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP) & Advanced Planning Systems (OMP) is preferred
* Project Management/leadership experience preferred
* E2E Supply Chain, Demand Planning and/or Inventory experience preferred
