With over 23 years in the field, they are committed to expanding and enhancing our team to achieve the highest standards of industry performance.Role Overview:They are thrilled to offer an opportunity for an Electrical Construction Manager to join their team. In this role, you will lead on-site electrical teams, ensuring all project objectives and deadlines are met. You will handle project scheduling, planning, and resource management while reporting directly to the Project Manager. This position, located on-site in Dublin, involves overseeing crews of direct labour and subcontractors, managing material orders, and ensuring that project progress and quality are maintained according to the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) plan.Key Responsibilities:Develop construction plans by consulting AutoCAD designs and client specificationsSelect and manage tools, materials, and equipment, and maintain inventory levelsOversee construction sites to ensure adherence to plans and safety standardsCoordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractorsEnsure timely completion of project requirements while staying within the construction budgetCommunicate project progress to management and prepare audit reportsMonitor all on-site and off-site construction activities to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.Qualifications and Skills:Strong background in Electrical Services.Experience with large-scale and industrial projects.Excellent organizational and communication skills.At least 5 years of site management experience.Attention to detail and the ability to manage projects effectively within tight deadlines.National Craft Electrical qualification.Experience managing contracts with a value up to €15 million.
