As a
Lease Consultant
, you will negotiate the terms for leasing mobile network sites and manage the entire contract negotiation process – guiding landlords all the way to the final signature of the documents.
DAILY TASKS
* Communication with landlords
: Negotiating lease agreements via phone and attempting to establish contact with landlords
* Preparation for landlord conversations
: Reviewing and researching existing and/or new lease agreements using various databases and software systems
* Data maintenance
: Entering and updating data
* Proposal creation
: Preparing presentation packages with accurate information and sending them via email and post
YOUR PROFILE
* Excellent German skills, written and spoken (minimum level C1)
* Basic knowledge of English, written and spoken
* Strong, solution-oriented communication skills
* High self-motivation and ability to work independently
* Efficient time management
* Strong negotiation skills are a plus
