Project Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced NEC 4 ECC Project Manager to administer Design and Build Contracts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payments, programmes, and compensation events under the contract. This includes overseeing risk management through early warning processes and other contract mechanisms.
The Project Manager will work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure a spirit of mutual trust and cooperation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Establishing and leading the client organisation at site level.
* Developing and undertaking detailed financial and resource planning for the project.
* Overseeing day-to-day management of CP staff within site level sub-functional areas.
The Project Manager will also act as the primary point of contact between the site level and core level stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications Include:
* NEC PM Accreditation.
* 15+ years experience in project management activities across the project lifecycle.
* At least 3 years experience fulfilling the role of NEC ECC Project Manager on a major civil engineering project.
