Project Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver high-profile projects from inception to completion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing resources, budgets, schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and oversee projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
* Client and Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define project requirements and expectations.
* Project Monitoring and Control: Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against targets.
* Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem resolution.
* Team Management: Manage and lead project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Documentation and Communication: Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and communication with all stakeholders.
* Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure best practices are implemented.
Key Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management within construction, engineering, or a similar sector.
* Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
* Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Project Management Tools and Methodologies: Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
* Health and Safety Regulations: Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
* Flexible Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.
