Shift pattern: Day shift
Duration: 12 months
Time of Shift: 08:00 – 17:45
Work pattern: Mondays and Fridays (2 days)

Responsibilities
* Work as part of the Diabetic foot multidisciplinary diabetic foot team in an Integrated Care structure with particular relevance to the Diabetes Model of Integrated Care
* Offer treatment packages to service users diagnosed with diabetes who present with active foot disease
* Charcot foot and where appropriate will provide care for those in remission from Diabetic Foot Ulcers (DFU)
* Sharing care in an integrated manner and once healed referring these patients to the community setting
* Work collaboratively with podiatry colleagues in the Community Foot Protection Teams / specialist diabetes HUB teams.
Requirements
* BSc(hons) in Podiatry
* Experience in diabetes desirable.
* Must be a resident in Ireland and have the legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
* Willing to undergo Garda Vetting.
* International Police Clearance required (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16).
