Develop strategic reports alongside the General Manager. Have a strong background in Food & Beverage. Organise interdepartmental meetings with HODs. Knowledge of principles, policies, and practices of management. Budget and target implementation. Plan prepare and review financial reports for weekly and quarterly meetings.
