Job Summary:Westport Estate is seeking a friendly, organised, and adaptableReservations Agentteam member to assist with the smooth day-to-day running of estate operations. This role is customer-facing and office-based, combining reception and ticketing duties with administrative support to ensure an excellent visitor experience and efficient operational processes.Principle ResponsibilitiesReception & Visitor ServicesAct as the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and callersCamping reservations and check insProvide a warm, professional welcome and respond to visitor enquiriesHandle phone calls, emails, and general correspondenceSupport wayfinding and visitor information across the estateTicketing & SalesOperate ticketing and point-of-sale systems accuratelyProcess admissions, memberships, events, and retail transactionsBalance cash and card transactions and complete daily reconciliationsAssist with bookings, group visits, and special eventsAdministration & Operations SupportProvide general administrative support to the Operations teamMaintain records, databases, and filing systemsAssist with scheduling, reports, and operational documentationSupport coordination with other departments including maintenance, events, and managementAssist with health & safety, visitor logs, and operational proceduresThis job description is not intended to be either prescriptive or exhaustive, it is issued as a framework to outline main areas of responsibilities at the time of writing.Required Experience & SkillsPrevious experience in reception, customer service, administration, or hospitalityStrong organisational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsConfident using computers, booking systems, and Microsoft OfficeProfessional, friendly, and calm under pressureHigh attention to detail and accuracyWestport Estate is an equal opportunity employer.
