Sales and Logistics Coordinator Job in Agribusiness
FRS Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Sales and Logistics Coordinator on behalf of a progressive agribusiness based in the North Tipperary area. This is a full-time permanent role.
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of supply chain management, ensuring the efficient flow of Agricultural products from suppliers to customers.
This includes coordinating between production, warehouse, sales, and distribution teams to promote an effective and efficient supply chain while delivering exceptional customer service at store level.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee feed, fertilizer, chemicals, and agri-inputs supply chain management.
* Manage stock control in the Feed/Chemical/Fertiliser Store.
* Process goods inwards & outward dockets.
* Support shop managers and counter sales teams with daily operational duties.
* Prepare and review invoices.
* Be the main point of contact for customer orders and sales representatives.
* Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure prompt and correct movement/delivery of product.
* Make special shipping arrangements as required.
* Track and resolve logistics issues efficiently.
Candidate Profile:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
* Customer Service Experience an advantage.
* Degree in Agriculture/Supply Chain or related subject an advantage.
* Excellent people skills with the ability to work within a team.
* Able to prioritize work and meet strict deadlines.
