Job Title: Site Administrator Location: South Dublin Contract: 6-Month Fixed Term Salary: €35,000 - €40,000 (DOE) Start Date: 6th October 2025 Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm FRS Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a public sector client for a Site Administrator based in South Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a busy site team on a 6-month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the site team Manage and update site documentation and records in line with project requirements Perform accurate data entry and maintain databases Support with document control and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders as required Assist with general office administration and reporting Requirements: Minimum 2 years' previous experience in a Site Administrator / Site Clerk / Document Controller role within the construction industry Strong administrative and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Available to start 6th October 2025
