We're hiring a Senior Customer Technical Services Analyst to join a global payment gateway support team in Dublin.
You’ll deliver L2/L3 technical support to enterprise clients and partners, working across APIs, SQL, and payment platform systems.
What you’ll do:
Manage onboarding, profile configurations, and reporting
Handle technical support queries (email/phone) and escalate incidents where necessary
Collaborate globally with teams across time zones
Maintain SLAs and produce regular customer communications and reporting
What we’re looking for:
2+ years’ experience in technical support or customer service roles
Knowledge of APIs (REST, JSON, NVP), SQL, Splunk, CRM systems
Familiarity with eCommerce/payments platforms and web technologies
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
