This recently revamped neighbourhood gastropub seeks a Social Media & Marketing Specialist to enhance their online presence, strengthen brand awareness and expand the clientele.
What You'll Do:
Create a detailed social media and marketing plan across all online platforms and traditional marketing approaches, to include: strategy, content calendar & creation, events and promotionsCement brand standards and ensure consistency across all publications, virtual and traditionalConduct regular performance analysis, measuring KPIsConduct regular competitor analysesSeek out regular customer feedback and interactionWhat You'll Bring:
Minimum of two years' experience in a social media/marketing role, preferably within the hospitality sectorProven track record of creating various types of engaging online content (posts, videos, blogs, surveys etc)Strategic mind-set with good commercial acumenExcellent writing and storytelling skillsEye for design and visual storytellingFamiliarity with tools, ie Google Analytics, Canva, Hootsuite, Mailchimp etcExperience with paid social / influencer partnerships an advantageIf you're a content wizard whose feed is filled with all things food, this could be the perfect match!
