Gender Pay Gap reporting experience is essential. Key Responsibilities: Manage and enhance HRIS functionality (BambooHR). Roll out new features and self-service tools. Ensure data accuracy and compliance through regular audits. Deliver HR reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Excel. Support employee lifecycle updates and provide system training. What Were Looking For: 25 years HRIS or HR analytics experience. Strong technical and reporting skills (Power BI, Advanced Excel). Familiarity with BambooHR or similar systems.
