Your daily tasks will be diverse and stimulating, keeping you involved and motivated.Client & Portfolio ManagementHandle a portfolio of healthcare and medical clients with major revenue dutiesAct as senior client contact, building trusted, long‑term relationshipsOwn delivery of services and service level agreementsLead renewals, placements, and negotiations with insurersPlace large healthcare programmes using outstanding wordingsHandle intricate claims, including significant healthcare and medical malpractice lossesAttend and lead client, carrier, and market meetingsContribute to the growth of Aon Healthcare Solutions through innovationRisk Advisory & SolutionsDevelop a strong understanding of client businesses and risk profilesBuild tailored insurance and risk solutions, including broader commercial programmesLeverage Aon’s analytics, specialty, and advisory capabilitiesProvide clear, practical mentorship on risk transfer and management optionsBusiness Growth & Commercial OutcomesIdentify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities within existing clientsSupport new business activity, tenders, and pitchesMaintain strong market awareness across healthcare and trade creditCollaboration & LeadershipWorking closely with internal teams, you will deliver a seamless client experience.
