We are seeking a full-time Chef de Partie to join our team in Cruiserath, Mulhudart, Dublin 15.
Working pattern: Morning shifts 07:00-15:00 and Evening shifts 15:30-23:30.
This role is based on a pharmaceutical plant. Driving is an advantage.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Maintain high-quality food production consistently.
* Contribute ideas to menu development with enthusiasm.
* Participate in training as required.
* Manage and control waste according to regulations.
* Maintain stock levels and implement stock rotation.
* Prepare and handle food in a sanitary manner following health and safety guidelines.
* Ensure food preparation, production, and presentation meet standards and client specifications.
* Design and implement a recipe database for core items and menus.
* Review and update menus and offerings.
* Induct new staff into kitchen procedures.

Requirements
* Over 3 years' catering/chef experience.
* Recognized professional culinary qualification.
* Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP.
* Excellent people management and communication skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others.
* Knowledge of health, safety, and legislative requirements.
