As a Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful deployment and support of our eFront platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring seamless adoption across all offices.
About the Position
We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in delivery management to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client-facing workshops, project documentation, and reporting metrics.
Key Responsibilities
* eFront Initiatives: Act as a key person in the delivery of eFront initiatives such as clients' integrations, systems interfaces, new modules deployment, system upgrades, and other related tasks.
* Run internal and client-facing workshops for requirements gathering, solutions design, and user acceptance testing campaigns.
* Monitor project success and users' adoption, preparing project documentation, including project plans, timelines, user guides, etc.
* Report metrics and KPIs to management and lead junior resources.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Economics, or IT.
* Fluent English communication skills.
* Detailed-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive individual with 5-7 years of relevant experience in alternative investment fund administration, audit firms, or domiciliation.
* At least 3 years of experience with the eFront FrontInvest (FIA) solution.
* Experience with accounting systems in a similar role is advantageous.
