Bookkeeper Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial affairs of the organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the Creditors Ledger and Debtors Ledger
2. Prepare quarterly invoices/bills to clients
3. Closing off ledgers on a monthly basis
4. Bank Reconciliations
5. Prepare annual accounts to Trial Balance and Balance Sheet
6. Deal with Tax Advisors
7. Cover payroll when needed
8. Deal with all accounts administration
9. Deal with general office administration
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
2. Experience using Sage Accounts & Sage Payroll would be an advantage
3. A good working knowledge of Excel
4. Good communication skills
5. Good attention to detail
