We are seeking a seasoned Business Finance Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of car finance and be skilled in managing finance applications, approvals, and documentation.
The successful applicant will oversee the complete sales process, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of vehicles. They will review all customer paperwork for accuracy and compliance, while maintaining excellent relationships with external finance providers.
This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. A QFA qualification or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage finance applications, approvals, and documentation with lenders
* Oversight of the complete sales process to ensure efficient delivery of vehicles
* Review customer paperwork for accuracy and compliance
* Maintain relationships with external finance providers
* Perform administrative tasks related to change of ownerships and SEAI grant applications
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* In-depth knowledge of car finance
* Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* QFA qualification or equivalent experience (highly desirable)
