Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Personal Lines team. This will involve assisting in preparing, issuing and processing personal lines insurance policies, endorsements and renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to the PL team, including maintaining and updating client records in the Company's database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Policy Processing: Assisting in preparing, issuing and processing personal lines insurance policies, endorsements and renewals.
* Client Communication: Responding to client inquiries via phone, email or in-person, providing information and assistance regarding policy details, claims and billing.
* Coordinating with Providers: Coordinating with providers to obtain quotes, process endorsements and resolve any discrepancies.
* Supporting Reports: Supporting the Personal Lines team in preparing reports, presentations and documentation for client meetings.
* Monitoring Tasks: Monitoring and following up on outstanding client requirements and ensure timely completion of tasks.
* Claims Process: Assisting in the claims process by gathering necessary documentation and liaising with relevant contacts.
* Compliance: Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and legal requirements.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately under pressure. Experience in an administrative capacity is essential, preferably within the insurance industry.
