Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Company Secretary Manager to join their growing team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive company secretarial compliance services to a variety of clients, ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all company secretarial functions for clients, including maintaining statutory registers and records. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and corporate governance standards. Manage and Oversee statutory returns and documents. Organize and attend board meetings, prepare agendas, and draft minutes. Advise clients on company secretarial best practices and compliance issues. Liaise with the CRO and external advisors as needed. Ongoing improvement of company secretarial policies and procedures. Stay updated on changes in legislation and regulations affecting company secretarial practices. Qualifications and Skills: A professional qualification ideally ICSA (Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators) or an equivalent. A minimum of 5 years experience in a company secretarial role. Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines effectively. Proficiency in using Relate company secretarial software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Core.
