We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
* A minimum of 2 years experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel kitchen is required.
* The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be passionate about food and willing to learn and develop new skills.
* A good level of experience in a busy environment and professional cookery training/qualifications are essential.
Duties will involve preparing and cooking high-quality Italian and Western Mediterranean style dishes, including our extensive Pizza menu, to order.
You will work closely with the Head and Sous chefs during service, ensuring efficient kitchen operations and maintaining high standards of health and hygiene.
