Your tasks
processing of technical customer requests via email and telephone
guiding the publcation of websites
advising about our own plans and services
adivising on typical application software
Your skills
ideally a professional training as IT specialist or IT management assistant
basic skills in PHP, HTML and MySQL
interest for webdesign and programming
communication skills and a high level of customer orientation
