Sales Team Lead Big 6 Agency- French
We are seeking an experiencedSales Team Leadto coach and lead a high-performing team of Agency Account Managers within the digital marketing space. This role requires a strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and proven experience working with agencies and large advertisers.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and develop a team of Agency Account & Partner Managers focused on scaling agency partnerships and advertiser relationships.
* Drive KPIs and revenue targets, ensuring the team consistently exceeds goals.
* Improve team productivity and optimize workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
* Coach and mentor team members to achieve operational excellence and deliver outstanding client service.
* Identify, recruit, and hire top talent to build a high-performance sales team.
* Conduct regular performance assessments and provide actionable feedback.
* Ensure client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and maintained.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven leadership experience in a sales team lead or management role.
* Strong expertise in digital marketing and a deep understanding of the agency landscape.
* Demonstrated success managing teams working with large agencies and advertisers.
* Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
* Experience recruiting and building high-performance sales teams.
* Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce).
* Candidates who have acted as team leads or interim managers are encouraged to apply.
