A leading provider of assistive technology solutions are looking for an administrator to join the team in Togher on a temporary basis.
About Your New Job
As the Customer Service Administrator, you will:
Manage quotations for products and services.
Handle TD Snap for Schools/Professionals setup and queries.
Address pre-sale questions, quotations, and renewals.
Book appointments and manage schedules.
Answer questions from Speech and Language Therapists via phone, email, and chat.
You will report to the Customer Service and Support Manager in Sweden
What Skills You Need
Strong service orientation and excellent organisational skills.
Proficiency in administrative tasks.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
