Key Responsibilities:
* Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance to optimize equipment performance.
* Ensure timely responses to maintenance needs.
* Collaborate with tradesmen, general operatives, and subcontractors.
* Report faults, damages, and defaults promptly.
* Accurately record maintenance checks and document all work carried out.
* Perform Pre-Start, hygiene, and safety checks as required.
* Adhere to company safety policies at all times.
Requirements:
* Experience in a construction and a maintenance is required.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Valid certifications in health and safety, such as Safe Pass, Manual Handling.
