Job Overview:
We are seeking a Supervisor to lead and motivate our customer service team, ensuring exceptional service is provided to all clients. This role involves overseeing daily operations, resolving complex customer issues, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of the customer service team
* Provide guidance and support to representatives in efficiently resolving customer inquiries and issues
* Monitor team performance and conduct regular evaluations
* Develop and implement procedures and policies to improve service quality
* Manage difficult customer situations and escalate issues when necessary
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Analyze performance reports and service metrics to identify areas for improvement
* Train and develop the team to enhance their customer service skills
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred)
* Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a production environment
* Problem-Solving: Ability to identify operational issues and develop effective solutions
* Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Experience in a multinational environment is preferable
