Job Role: Corporate Sales Assistant
About the Job:
We are looking for a highly organised and results-driven individual to support our sales team with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts, maintaining key performance indicators, and liaising with stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain records of customer interactions and account performance.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
* Liaise with customers to resolve any issues or queries in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, previous administration experience, strong analytical skills, and proven communication skills. They will also be able to work to tight deadlines and be flexible to meet business needs.
