* Providing exceptional sales support to our Director of Sales & Marketing in ensuring maximum revenue and profitability.
* Managing reactive MICE, golf sales, events, and wedding teams to maximize sales potential.
* Maintaining accurate records of guest information and ensuring seamless communication with internal departments.
* Developing and implementing catering sales revenue and operational budgets.
* Driving innovation and strategic planning through collaboration with the management team.
