We are seeking a
Document Controller
to manage project administration, compliance, and reporting across both phases of the development.
Role Overview
As Document Controller, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth project delivery by managing documentation, compliance, and communication between subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team.
You'll also support BCAR administration and reporting, working closely with the Assigned Certifier and project managers.
Key Responsibilities
Ordering and tracking materials for site operations
Processing supplier invoices and site dockets
Managing
BCAR administration
on a daily/weekly basis
Following up with subcontractors to ensure timely submissions
Preparing reports for BCAR meetings (with support from ORS AC in system setup)
Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with project requirements
Supporting the project team with general administrative tasks
Requirements
Previous experience in a
Document Controller
or similar role (construction background preferred)
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
Familiarity with construction processes and compliance requirements (advantage)
Experience with BCAR administration (preferred, but training/support provided)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
