Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist guests, ensuring excellent service at all times
* Administer guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
* Handle guest complaints and maintenance issues, recording and following up to ensure satisfaction
* Complete night audit reports and distribute them as required
* Carry out security checks to ensure the safety of the hotel, guests, and staff
* Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and credit control procedures are followed at Front Office
* Be familiar with hotel facilities, outlets, and promotions to assist and inform guests
* Provide support to other departments during the night when required
What We Are Looking For
* Previous experience in a night porter or night reception role (desirable)
* Strong focus on guest service and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable, flexible, and available to work night shifts (including weekends)
* Good IT and systems knowledge to support Front Office operations
* Full legal rights to work in Ireland
