Partner Recruitment Specialist
This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a global organization as a key player in the partner recruitment process. As a Partner Recruitment Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless back-office operations, application processing, and documentation handling. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be instrumental in maintaining accurate systems and trackers, reflecting real-time progress throughout the recruitment journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Partner Applications: Receive, review, and screen incoming partner applications, approving or rejecting them based on SAP's minimum entry requirements.
• Workflow Coordination: Assign qualified applicants to the appropriate i-Recruiter based on regional alignment and track progress throughout the recruitment process.
• System & Tracker Maintenance: Ensure internal systems and trackers are up-to-date and reflect real-time progress.
• Due Diligence & Contracting Support: Trigger due diligence processes and coordinate with internal teams to issue SAP partnership agreements in a timely manner.
• Partner Communication: Send formal welcome emails and provide ongoing administrative support to prospective partners, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication throughout.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with global recruitment stakeholders to ensure smooth handovers and process continuity.
Qualifications & Competencies:
• Proven experience in administrative support, project coordination, or business operations roles (experience in a partner or customer-facing environment is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and accountability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable working in a global, fast-paced, and virtual team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (completed or in progress).
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
