Strong experience building and scaling production AI systems.Advanced knowledge of prompt engineering, few‑shot and in‑context learning.Experience with vector databases and similarity search.Strong understanding of AI safety, ethics and bias mitigation.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and distributed systems.Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure‑as‑code.Proven experience leading teams and complex technical projects.Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.Nice to HaveExperience with Model Context Protocol (MCP).Exposure to AI coding tools and agent‑based development workflows.Background in large‑scale AI platform development.Experience defining AI evaluation frameworks and benchmarks.LocationDublin (hybrid working model: 3 days per week in the office in Dublin City Centre).Please note: You must have the right to live/work in Ireland.CompanynineDots.ioSenior (5+ years of experience)
