Working alongside our Housing Support Officers, delivering practical and emotional supports to clients as part of their overall support plan.Key ResponsibilitiesClients - Support clients from all backgrounds and experiences, in a calm, trauma informed, harm-reduction approach to implement client support plans that maximise their health, self-care, education, community engagement, home management skills, and their overall well-being with the goal of independent living.Compliance - Stay compliant with all organisation policies, stay up to date on mandatory training, participate in routine maintenance, inspections and cleaning in line with health and safety standards.Service Delivery - Systematically log and record all interventions with and behalf of clients on relevant systems, work in an organised and efficient manner with clear communication within the team to deliver high-quality professional service.General - Willingness to adapt as needed to support client and service needs.Values - Demonstrate the Galway Simon Community values compassion, community and collaboration.
