We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team.
The successful candidate will assist the Head Chef in providing leadership for the team, with a passion for food and an interest in learning and development. They will also be responsible for developing meal experiences as one of the main selling features for breakfast services at Kilkea Castle Hotel.
Job Description:
* To assist in monitoring all dishes prepared from the kitchen, ensuring they conform to agreed standards prior to food service
* To agree, implement, and maintain HACCP Procedures (including Cleaning Schedules) in liaison with the Head Chef
The ideal candidate will have excellent food hygiene practice observed throughout their work. They should also ensure that all equipment is kept in good working order, staff perform duties efficiently, courteously to customers and colleagues alike; level of hygiene maintained high standard throughout complete kitchen department & compliance by all kitchen staff members. Additionally practice personal hygiene grooming etc..
